The hotel staff was really helpful and made us feel comfortable during our stay. They were always available to answer our queries and guide us about the nearby attractions. , the location of the hotel was quite convenient as it was close to public transport and shopping centers.
The hotel lacked basic facilities like hot water, laundry cover, and even a pen and paper for emergency notes. Being a South Indian guest, we were disappointed that they didn't have regional channels available.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were extremely cordial and always willing to help with anything we needed. They made our stay very pleasant and we really appreciated their kindness.

The staffs were very cordial and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist with any requests. The personalized service was exceptional. The hotel database was informative and aided in planning activities. The location was convenient for exploring Delhi. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options. The overall experience exceeded expectations.
